Shipping & Delivery Policy
Singapore Local Customers
Free delivery across Singapore. Goods will be delivery within 2-5 working days once payment confirmed.
** For local shipments, we are sorry that Attitude Maternity NOT BE responsible for packages lost in the mail. Customers are encouraged to use registered post with additional SGD3 per shipment
For Oversea Retailers
Email to us on the items and quantities, min 30pieces in mixture styles
Overseas Buyer
Outside Singapore, customers are fully responsible for the delivery/shipment costs. Goods will delivery by 2-14 business days once payment confirmed.
** For Overseas customers, we will confirm shipping/handling charges via email before payment.
Exchange policy
An exchange will be made if:
1. The colour of the product we delivered is not the colour customer has ordered.
2. The product is torn/damaged at the time of delivery after the customer has checked the product.
Item can be exchanged within 14 days from the day we send out.
NOTE: Customer may need to responsible for the shipment costs incurred.
Returned Policy
A full refund of the product paid will be made if:
1. The product is no longer in stock after making the payment.
2. Customer wishes to withdraw before the order has been processed.
3. Customer may use the remaining balance for the next order.
Once the order has been processed, the payment will not be refunded.
